BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Clarion-based State Police, around 1:42 a.m. on January 5, a DUI-related accident occurred on Interstate 80 West, in the median at the westbound on-ramp of Exit 63, in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

Police say 34-year-old Justin R. Henry, of Mercer, was traveling west on I-80 in the left lane.

He exited the roadway into the median in his 2000 Pontiac Sunfire then back onto the roadway. He then exited the roadway again into the median.

His car traveled up an embankment and came to rest in the ditch between the embankment and roadway.
