State Police Calls: Warrant Arrests, DUI’s, Criminal Mischief

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Warrant Arrest in New Bethlehem

A warrant arrest occurred around 7:36 p.m. on April 30, on Liberty Street, in New Bethlehem Borough.

The incident occurred as 44-year-old John M. Lapcevich, of Rimersburg, was stopped for driving with an expired registration, an expired inspection, and a suspended license.

He was subsequently taken into custody for an outstanding bench warrant for aggravated assault.

Warrant Arrest in Knox

A warrant arrest was made around 5:30 p.m on April 23 on East State Street, in Knox Borough.

This incident occurred as 31-year-old Jeffery Romal Jackson, of Oil City, was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant in Venango County.

DUI Arrest in Limestone Township

A DUI arrest was made around 11:01 p.m. on April 28, on Limestone Road, Limestone Township.

A known, 47-year-old Limestone woman was stopped for multiple traffic law violations. She was subsequently taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charges are pending the toxicology results.

The name of the suspect was not released.

DUI on State Route 66

A DUI arrest was made around 5:33 p.m. on April 23, on State Route 66/Olean Trail, in Limestone Township.

A 30-year-old Rimersburg man was stopped for a traffic law violation and subsequently taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Charges are pending the toxicology results.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Criminal Mischief in Beaver Township

An incident of criminal mischief occurred around 5:56 p.m. on April 22, on State Route 338, in the village of Monroe, Beaver Township.

Leroy Joseph Reed, III, of Parker, allegedly cause $1,496.69 of estimated damage to a Knox man’s vehicle.
