CLARION, Pa. — SilverSneakers will be hosting a Member Luncheon on Tuesday, May 10th, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All YMCA Members are welcome to attend the social luncheon. Participants are encouraged to bring a main dish, side dish, or dessert to share.

Silver Games will follow the luncheon. Stay to socialize, or play a game of cards, or a board game.

The Clarion County YMCA participates with SilverSneakers and UPMC Silver & Fit. These programs are available through insurance providers and allow seniors to become members of the YMCA at no cost.

Anyone wishing to sign up for a membership through their insurance provider can stop at the YMCA with their insurance card. It takes just a few minutes to find out if you qualify for a free membership.

SilverSneakers Members and UPMC Silver & Fit Members are eligible for free classes. YMCA members pay a nominal fee to participate.

· SilverSneakers Classic – Held Monday and Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.; Friday 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.; and Tuesday and Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

· Senior on the Ball — Held Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.

· Senior Step-Up – Held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
 
· SilverSneakers Yoga – Held Fridays 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
