Knox Woman Accused of Possession of Meth, Heroin

ELK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police say a woman was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs after stopping her for a traffic law violation in Elk Twp., Clarion Co.

Police stopped 27-year-old Shayla Ann Rhoads, of Knox, around 8:12 p.m. on May 11, for a traffic law violation along Route 322.

Rhoads was allegedly found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphetamine, heroin, and drug paraphernalia.

A passenger, 36-year-old Tosheia Michelle Rapp, of Turkey City, was also taken into custody and placed in the Clarion County Jail for a State Parole Violation.

No other information was released.
