Warren County Authorities Arrest Man Who Absconded Clarion County on Parole Warrant

WARREN CO., Pa. (EYT) — Warren County Sheriff’s deputies, assisted by the City of Warren Police, arrested a man wanted in Clarion County on an parole/probation warrant.

Authorities arrested Richard Delval around 1:46 p.m. on June 29 at the Warren County Courthouse on a parole/probation warrant issued out of Clarion County for absconding in 2012.

Delval was placed in the Warren County Jail awaiting transport back to Clarion County, according the Sheriff’s Office.
