State Police Calls: DUI, Criminal Mischief

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI/Act 64 in Redbank Township

This incident occurred around 11:01 p.m. on June 14 on Route 66 near Church Hill Road in Redbank Township.

Police say 52-year-old Mark Servey, of Clarion County, was stopped for a traffic violation and was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of suspected marijuana.

Servey was also arrested on DUI charges.

No other information was released.

Criminal Mischief in Millcreek Township

An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on July 20 along Fisher Strattanville Road, at Oak Lane, in Millcreek Township.

Police say unknown perpetrator(s) damaged a sign located at the above described location.

The victim is a Knox man.
