Teen Seriously Injured in Richland Twp. Crash

RICHLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to a one-car crash that occurred on July 28, along Interstate 80 in Richland Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 4:15 p.m. on July 28, 18-year-old Angilena D. Barley, of Flat Rock, Mich., was driving on Interstate 80 when she lost control of her vehicle. The 2007 Chevrolet Malibu reportedly exited the left side of the roadway, spinning counter clockwise and striking a tree with the passenger side of the vehicle.

Barley and a passenger — 19-year-old Armando Barraza-Guzman, of Melvindale, Mich., were both wearing their seat belts during the accident.

Barley sustained a suspected minor injury.

Barraza-Guzman suffered a suspected serious injury.

Barley was charged with a driving violation.
