State Police Calls: Accidental Shooting Reported in Marble

Clarion-based State Police responded to the following incidents.

Accidental Shooting in Marble Area

State Police in Clarion responded to an accidental shooting on July 25 at a location along Aaron Lane, Elk Twp., Clarion County.

Around 9 p.m., a 74-year-old Marble resident was accidentally shot in the right arm by a known person.

There is no word on the victim’s current condition.

Cellphone Found in Limestone Township

On August 1, a Samsung cellphone was found Kindle Road, Limestone Twp., Clarion County.

The owner of the phone may claim the property at the Clarion-based State Police barracks. Proper identification is required.
