Wanted Man Apprehended in Forest County; Suspected of DUI

JENKS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A man who wanted for a state parole violation was arrested in Jenks Township, Forest County.

“Around 3:45 p.m. on August 31, Marienville-based State Police received information that 30-year-old Jesse William Solomon — who was wanted for a state parole violation — had just driven into the parking lot of the Dollar General Store in Jenks Township, Forest County.” police say.

Solomon was taken into custody based on an active warrant, police say.

“It was further discovered that Solomon was under the influence of a controlled substance; Solomon was evaluated by a DRE (Drug Recognition Expert) and processed for DUI,” according to police.

The investigation continues.
