OIL CITY, Pa. — The 2016 Oil Valley Film Festival is underway in Oil City, Venango County.

The festival, taking place September 1 to September 3 in Oil City will include the following films:

Narrative Short Film Program:

Screenings continue today at the National Transit Building’s Great Room. Saturday will consist of a director-curated block of films screening in exhibition. All awards will be presented Saturday evening at the National Transit Building’s Great Room.

All screenings will be free and open to the general public; however, some films have mature subject matter and will be labeled accordingly.
