PERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say an alleged alcohol-related crash occurred early yesterday morning on State Route 368, in Perry Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 2:15 a.m. on September 5, 22-year-old Mitchell L. Sheakley, of St. Petersburg, was traveling west on Route 368, and his 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 traveled off the south berm of the roadway. The vehicle traveled approximately 300 feet through high grass and shrubbery. It came to a final rest on the south side of the road against a tree.

Police say Sheakley was not using a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.
