Paul E. “Red” Russell, 88 of Utica, passed away at his residence on Friday September 9, 2016.

Born August 29, 1928 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Paul Francis Russell and Anna Stella Hagan Russell.

Red was a retired long haul truck driver.

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII.

On November 7, 1931 he married the former Marjorie Jenkins and she preceded his in death on January 10, 2015.

Surviving are four children and six grandchildren.

There will be no visitation.

A private funeral service will be held and Military Honors rendered by the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin.

Interment will be at Millcreek Cemetery.
