State Police Calls: Aggravated Assault, Commercial Vehicle Collision

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT ) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Aggravated Assault in Clarion Township

An incident of aggravated assault allegedly occurred around 10:30 p.m. on September 19 at Hillside Apartments, in Clarion Township.

Police say 26-year-old Joshua Stewart Bubba Voden, of Clarion, allegedly engaged in a verbal argument with a 23-year-old Clarion woman.

According to police, the verbal argument allegedly escalated into a physical domestic.

No other information was provided.

Collision in Monroe Township

Around 3:00 p.m. on September 15, a commercial vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 80 West, near the 61.4 mile marker, west of Exit 62.

Police say an unknown vehicle was struck by a 2016 Peterbilt driven by 55-year-old Roy R. Bressler, of Youngstown, OH, while traveling west on Interstate 80.

The unknown vehicle failed to stop and continued west on I-80.

Bressler stopped and contacted 911 to report the incident.

No other information was provided.
