YMCA News: Preschool Tumble Time Offered in October

CLARION, Pa. — Are you looking for the perfect activity to allow your child to use up some of that extra energy? Pre-school tumbling allows kids work on balance, coordination, strength, teamwork, and social skills while learning simple gymnastics moves and terminology.

The Clarion County YMCA is offering new sessions of Pre-School Tumble Time in October and November.

The October classes will be held at the YMCA on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. In October, classes will be held on October 6, 13, 20, and 27.

The November class will be held in the evenings from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Classes will be held on November 2, 9, 16, and 30.

Rachel Berry, certified USA Gymnastics instructor, leads the children in activities and helps them accomplish their goals.
Tumbling classes allow children gain confidence in their ability while working on balance, coordination, teamwork, and social skills.

Classes are $5.00 a month for Members and $20.00 a month for Non-Members.

Parents are offered free use of the Wellness Center is during the classes.

The Clarion County YMCA hours are: Weekdays 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
