Maria L. Hutchinson, 9, was accompanied by the angels on Saturday, October 8, 2016, to a better place without any suffering.
Born July 21, 2007 in Oil City, she was a daughter of Eric Hutchinson and Jenna Rodemoyer.
A stroke at the age of 2, she spent several months in Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. The staff called her the “miracle baby”, as the odds were against her, she was a little fighter and eventually returned home, despite her disabilities she had just started school.
She is survived by her parents, Eric and Jenna; sisters, Matyline and Maysa; brother, Collin; grandparents, Julie and Joe Hutchinson; grandmother, Marilyn Luce; great grandmother, Lavonne Hutchinson; aunts and uncles, Mike and Lori Hutchinson, Pat and Jennifer Hutchinson, Shelly Davis and Robert Rodemoyer; and Kim Spring, who was her caregiver the last 7 years.
Maria has a beautiful smile and was loved by so many, she will be deeply missed.
She will be at Morrison Funeral Home where family will receive friends from Noon to 1 pm Tuesday.
A Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev Brenda Snedden, officiating
