TOBY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a one-car accident occurred along Callensburg Road, in Toby Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 11:00 p.m. on October 6, Jordan L. Coffman, 21, of Clarion, was traveling south on Callensburg Road when her 2006 Nissan Murano left the roadway off the west shoulder. The car traveled down an embankment and struck a tree.

Police say Coffman fled the scene.

She was not injured, according to police.

She was charged with a traffic violation.
