Clarion Borough Police Release ALF Incident Report

CLARION, Pa. — At the request of EYT Media, Clarion Borough Police Chief Mark Hall release an incident report for ALF Week.

During the week, there were 92 complaints called into 911, 52 arrests made, 22 citations issued and 170 parking tickets issued.

The most arrests (eight) were for open containers followed by underage drinking (seven) with five arrests each for disorderly conduct and harassment. There were also three arrested apiece for public drunkenness and DUI.
