It is the first time this season Biggs has won, and the third overall for the Golden Eagles.

Biggs was dominant in a three-match stretch last week, leading the Golden Eagles to a 2-1 record with road wins over IUP and Slippery Rock and a near-victory at Edinboro. She averaged 3.08 kills per set and hit a team-best .419 while also totaling nine digs and seven blocks. Biggs never hit worse than .351 or had fewer than 12 kills in any of the three matches, committing a paltry four errors in 86 total attempts, and hit .500 in the victory over The Rock on Saturday.

On the season Biggs is averaging 2.73 kills per set and is hitting .267. She’s caught fire since the start of conference play, averaging 3.12 kills per set and hitting .331 since Sept. 23.
