State Police Calls: DUI, Criminal Mischief

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI in Limestone Township

Around 9:46 p.m. on October 24, a traffic stop was conducted for equipment and traffic law violations on State Route 66, in Limestone Township.

A known, 28-year-old New Bethlehem man was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Criminal Mischief in Porter Township

An incident of criminal mischief occurred around 8:51 p.m. on October 28 on Olean Trail, in Porter Township.

Police say an unknown perpetrator(s) smashed and knocked over a resident’s mailbox and then left the scene.

The victim is a 45-year-old New Bethlehem man.

The investigation continues.
