State Police Calls: PFA Violation, DUI, Harassment

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — State Police responded to the following calls:

PFA Violation in Clarion Township

PSP Clarion say a PFA Violation occurred around 3:00 a.m. on October 21 on the 300 block of Pine Crest Lane in Clarion Township.

Police say the victim reported the incident.

No other information was released.

DUI in Harmony Township

Around 4:33 a.m. on October 29, PSP Marienville were dispatched to Passauer Lane, in West Hickory, Harmony Township, for the report of a suspicious vehicle parked on the roadway.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that the vehicle was occupied by a known, 40-year-old white male who was found to be DUI.

The investigation continues pending blood results.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Harassment in Eldred Township, Jefferson County

Around 12:47 a.m. on October 30, PSP Marienville were dispatched to a residence located on State Route 949, in Sigel, Eldred Township, for a report of a verbal domestic that turned physical.

Police say prosecution was declined by the involved parties.

The individuals involved were a 33-year-old male and a 21-year-old female.

No other information was provided.

The investigation continues.
