Woman Accused of Passing Drugs to Inmate at SCI Forest

JENKS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a drug arrest was made on Sunday at SCI Forest in Jenks Township, Forest County.

According to police, around 12:50 p.m. on October 30, 27-year-old Tiarra Clancy, of Pittsburgh, allegedly passed a controlled substance to an inmate at SCI Forest.

Clancy was arraigned at 4:00 p.m. on October 30 in front of The Honorable Daniel L. Miller on the following charges:

– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Felony
– Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony

Clancy is free on $45,000.00 unsecured bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on November 22 with Judge Miller presiding.
