According to the criminal complaint against Servey, the victim arrived at the Clarion State Police station on July 14, 2015, with her mother to report that between the ages of 7 and 14 years old, she was sexually assaulted by Servey. The victim reported she was coming forward with this information because she doesn’t want anyone else to experience what she went through.

During the interview with Trooper Hotchkiss, of PSP Clarion, the victim described the alleged sexual acts performed on her that occurred at a residence on Rehobeth Road and at a camper located at Servey’s property on Mechanicsville Road.

The victim related that during the incidents, she pretended to be asleep because she was scared and that she never told anyone until recently.

A Forensic interview was conducted with the victim at the Jefferson County PA CARES office with a professional forensic interviewer. The victim revealed more specific details of the alleged incidents and acts allegedly performed on her by Servey which were consistent with the details provided by Trooper Hotchkiss earlier, according to the complaint.

A signed written statement was provided by the victim detailing the facts of the incidents that she could remember from the age of 7 through 14 and was entered into evidence at the Clarion State Police Station, the complaint states.

Servey remains free on $75,000.00 (10%) monetary bail.
