Driver Flees Scene of Rollover Crash in Hickory Township

HICKORY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police say a rollover crash occurred yesterday on State Route 666, at its intersection with Queens Road, in Hickory Township, Forest County.

According to Marienville-based State Police, this crash occurred around 4:37 p.m. when a 2013 Dodge 1500 pickup apparently lost control while negotiating a left curve. The vehicle left the roadway, striking an embankment and ultimately rolling over onto its passenger’s side.

The driver fled the scene leaving the pickup in the ditch, police say.

Frank’s Auto and Sons and Hickory Township Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
