Police Searching for Suspect in Vehicle Theft in Shippenville

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police are seeking information on the above pictured suspect in a vehicle theft that occurred yesterday in Shippenville Borough, Clarion County.

According to police, the incident occurred around 7:25 p.m. at 111 North First Street in Shippenville.

A cream-colored, 1985 Chevrolet K1500 truck with a PA registration of ZGN8970 was taken from the above listed location and fled the scene on State Route 322 toward the Knox area.

The suspect (pictured above) pumped gas at the Knox Sunoco station, and a picture was obtained.

The vehicle was recovered on November 22, 2016, in Youngstown, Ohio.

The victim is a 37-year-old Shippenville man.
