State Police Calls: DUI, Theft, Harassment

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Theft in Monroe Township

A theft occurred sometime between November 7 and November 14 at 300 Water Run Road, in Monroe Township.

Police say the incident occurred as a known, 96-year-old woman had money taken from her room.

The investigation is ongoing.

DUI in Clarion Township

A DUI arrest was made around 9:46 p.m. on November 2 on State Route 322, in Clarion Township.

Police say a known, 37-year-old Clintonville man was stopped for multiple traffic law violations.

The man was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Theft at WalMart, Monroe Township

A theft occurred sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on November 16 in WalMart parking lot in Monroe Township.

Police say a known, Parker woman forgot her handbag in a shopping cart in the park lot.

An unknown perpetrator(s) found the handbag and took it.

No other information was provided.

Harassment in Clarion Township

Police responded to an incident of harassment around 3:05 p.m. on November 16 along Staab Road in Clarion Township.

According to police, two juveniles called each other names and then struck each other.

No charges were filed.
