FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police say a prisoner of the Venango County Jail failed to return on Monday following a temporary leave.
According to police, around 3:10 p.m., Kurtis Urey was granted a temporary leave from Venango County Jail to attend a job interview.
Police say Urey never returned to Venango County Jail after the interview.
He was last known to be wearing a white t-shirt with blue jeans, brown boots, and a gray hoodie.
Urey is 25 years old, white, 5’11” tall, approximately 140 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. A tattoo is on the right side of his neck with the letters “UREY.”
Urey was lodged in the Venango County Jail on a Bench Warrant stemming from charges connected to a June 13, 2013 burglary in the Oil City area.
