Police: Venango County Jail Escapee Captured

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police say a prisoner of the Venango County Jail who failed to return on Monday following a temporary leave has been captured.

According to police, around 3:10 p.m., Kurtis Urey was granted a temporary leave from Venango County Jail to attend a job interview, and he never returned.

No other information is available at this time.

Urey is lodged in the Venango County Jail on a Bench Warrant stemming from charges connected to a June 13, 2013 burglary in the Oil City area.
