Woman Found Dead in Clarion

MONROE TWP, Pa. (EYT) — Authorities say an investigation is underway after a woman was found dead this morning inside her Clarion residence.

According to a release issued late Monday afternoon by Clarion-based State Trooper Manns, the woman has been identified as Tracy M. Miller, 44, of Clarion.

Police were called to the victim’s South 2nd Avenue residence shortly around 8:30 a.m.

Clarion County Chief Deputy Coroner Randall Stom pronounced Miller dead at 8:58 a.m.

An autopsy was performed by Pathologists Forensic pathologist Dr. Eric Vey of the Erie County Coroner’s Office.

“The manner and cause of death is pending chemical analysis of the victim’s blood,” said Mann in the release.
