CLARION, Pa. — Highland Oaks at Water Run Landing, a WRC Senior Services Community, will be hosting a free Estate Planning Workshop on Tuesday, December 6.

The event is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This workshop is open to the public and will be presented by Heritage Elder Law and Estate Planning, LLC.

Refreshments will be provided by The Bistro at Water Run.

Attorney Jeffrey Banner, of Heritage Elder Law, will speak on several topics including how to protect your home from an estate recovery lien, the three big myths of Medicaid qualification, and how to protect and preserve your life savings.

The goal of this workshop is to educate people on what choices and options they have as they move through the different stages of life. Each family has unique situations and real concerns that must be taken into consideration when planning for their future.
