(EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on State Route 368 in Licking Township, Clarion County, on December 3. State Police say the accident happened around 6:17 p.m. in the area of 6692 State Route 368 when a 2013 Nissan Altima operated by Roy J. Blackwell, 60, of Rimersburg, collided with two horses along the roadway. Blackwell and three passengers escaped injury. There is no word on the condition of the horses. Police did not indicate whether Blackwell was cited.
