Darlene GulnacDarlene K. Gulnac, 70, of Franklin passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday December 6, 2016 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

She was born April 30, 1946 in Oil City and was the daughter of the late Harry and Elaine Kiser Kimes.

She was a 1964 graduate of Oil City High School and attended X-Ray Tech School in 1967.
Darlene worked for many years as Call Center Supervisor at the Blair Company in Franklin.

After retirement in 2004, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, five dogs and friends. Darlene had many hobbies including, video games, drawing, sewing and crochet. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

On October 1, 1966 she married Richard B. Gulnac in St. Patrick Church and together they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons; Drew Gulnac and his wife Kim and Eric Gulnac and his wife Dori; two daughters, Justine Keith and her husband Nathan and Dawn Parry and her husband Robert and five grandchildren, Quinlynn Keith and Hayden Keith, Carley Gulnac, and Koben Parry and Nolan Parry.

Additionally surviving are her beloved fur babies; Taz, Taffie, Stormy, Shadow and M&M.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Lee Kimes.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 W. Park St. Franklin, where family and friends are welcome from 4:00 -7:00 P.M. Friday.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Interment will be made at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
