State Police Calls: DUI-Drugs, DUI Crash

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI-Drug with Drug Possession in Paint Township

According to police, a DUI drug with drug possession arrest occurred around 4:19 p.m. on November 23 on Interstate 80, at mile marker 61.5, in Paint Township.

Police say 54-year-old Mark Vincent Gardner, of Crawford, N.J., was stopped for speeding and was allegedly found to be under the influence of marijuana and in the possession of marijuana and multiple drug paraphernalia items.

Charges were filed at Magisterial District Office 18-3-02.

No other information was provided.

DUI Crash in Allegheny Township, Butler County

According to police, a DUI crash occurred around 5:04 a.m. on November 20.

Police say a known, 24-year-old Reynoldsville man was involved in a one-vehicle rollover crash.

He was allegedly found to be DUI during the investigation.

Charges were filed at Magisterial District Office 50-3-02.
