WFH, INC. is currently looking for a Convenience Store Manager at their Rimersburg’s Sunoco location.

Store Managers are responsible for the complete operation of a convenience store and Subway facility.

Managers are required to work 50 hours a week and must be capable of succeeding in an on-call environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Recruiting, selecting, and training store personnel.
– Inventory Management and ordering
– Managing Cost of Goods and Profit margin with an eligible Bonus if meet required profit margins.
– Inventory and cash loss control
– Daily sales reporting and banking
– Management of Subway area

Job Requirements:
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of inventory management, basic finance principles
– Good email and computer skills
– Excellent time management and organization skills
– High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-year experience in retail business management.
