State Police Calls: DUI, Harassment, Retail Theft

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI Alcohol and Drug on Route 322

During a traffic stop consisting of multiple traffic violations, a known 32-year-old Shippenville man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol and drugs after displaying signs of unsafe driving.

The arrest occurred around 2:22 a.m. on December 23.

Harassment in Limestone Township

This incident occurred as 25-year-old Cody Wolbert, of Limestone, allegedly grabbed a known 32-year-old Limestone woman by the throat.

The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. on December 17.

No other information was provided.

Retail Theft in Clarion

Police say 40-year-old Jennifer Ann Batich, of Shippenville, was allegedly caught shoplifting at the Clarion Walmart.

The incident occurred around 2:10 p.m. on December 20.

No other information was provided.
