CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police released details on a tractor-trailer accident that occurred on Interstate 80, at approximately mile marker 63.1, in Clarion Township.

This crash occurred around 4:03 p.m. on December 30, as a 2014 Freightliner was traveling east on I-80. The operator — Jaskaran Singh, of Ephrata, Pa. — lost control of the tractor-trailer and struck the left embankment. The Freightliner then traveled across both lanes and struck the right side embankment.

The vehicle’s trailer was on both travel lanes, blocking the roadway.

Singh was using a seat belt and was not injured.
