IRWIN TWP., Pa. (EYT) — According to police, a PFA violation occurred at 1366 Old Route 8, in Irwin Township, Venango County.

Franklin-based State Police say the crime occurred as 38-year-old Mageen Marie Sherer, of Emlenton, sent a snapchat message to a known, 38-year-old Coudersport man at 7:36 a.m. on January 13.

The victim has a PFA against Sherer prohibiting any contact with him. He took a screenshot of the snapchat message and provided a copy to PSP Franklin.

Sherer was taken into custody and arraigned in front of District Judge Andrew Fish.

Bail was set at $1,500.00 unsecured.
