bridge 001Cynthia L. Bridge, beautiful loving mother and friend, 57, of 128 Hillcrest Ave. Oil City, PA., died peacefully in her sleep on Friday Jan. 20, 2017 at her home.

Born on Nov. 10, 1959 in Oil City, PA. , she was the daughter of Margaret “Peg” Coogan Sloan and the late George O. Sloan.

Cindy was a 1977 graduate of Oil City High School.

She had been employed as a RSA at Polk Center for 22 years.

She was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Church. Cindy was a member of the Oil City Moose Club and enjoyed volunteering her time there.

She also enjoyed crocheting, tubing and playing trivia as well as doing arts and crafts. Cindy also enjoyed going to the cottage in Canadohta Lake.

In addition to her mother Peg Sloan of Oil City, she is also survived by three children Jarrod Bridge of Oil City, Kristin Bridge & her boyfriend Adam Warrington of Oil City, and Jordan Bridge & her boyfriend Ryan Licht of Orchard Park, NY.

She is also survived by her beloved boyfriend Joseph Streczywilk of Oil City; a brother William “Bill” Sloan and his girlfriend Sheryl of East Lake Weir, FL; and sisters Anita Moyer & her husband Dave of Oil City, Vic McKenzie & her husband Dan of Oil City, Emma Smith & her husband Craig of Port Matilda, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends will be received from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday Jan. 28 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady Help of Christians Church with Rev. Shane Mathew, Presiding.
