EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a one-car accident occurred early yesterday morning in Emlenton Borough, Venango County.
Police say around 12:15 a.m. on January 28, 20-year-old Eli R. Albring, of Edmond, MI, was traveling southbound on Kerr Avenue in Emlenton in a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu.

Another passenger in Albring’s car — 24-year-old Stephen M. St. Germain, of Cincinnati, OH — was transported to UPMC Northwest for suspected minor injuries.
St. Germain was not using a seat belt.
Albring was charged with a traffic violation.
