Clarion Man Facing Charges Following Emergency Room Incident

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — A Clarion man is facing charges following an incident on Friday evening at the Clarion Hospital.

Clarion-based State Police Trooper Sommers was dispatched to Clarion Hospital around 8:03 p.m. for a report of a man acting in an “aggressive manner” in the emergency room.

Hospital staff told police that Terrence Lamont Gerard, 39, of Clarion, was “uttering profane remarks toward the hospital staff.”

After Gerard was given several warnings, he allegedly continued to act in a disorderly manner.

Upon police arrival, Clarion Hospital officials informed Gerard that he was banned from returning to the hospital.

Police say Gerard was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
