DUI Report: Two Nabbed on DUI Charges in Clarion County

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – According to court documents reviewed by exploreClarion.com, the following individuals have recently been charged with driving under the influence in Clarion County:

Emily Mae Barrett

According to online court documents, New Bethlehem Boro Police Officer Stutsman filed the following charges against 28-year-old Emily Mae Barrett, of Smicksburg, in Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller’s office on January 30, 2017:

– DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– DUI: General Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely — 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– Careless Driving, Summary
– Turning Movements And Required Signals, Summary (two counts)
– Registration Card Not Signed, Summary

The charges stem from a traffic stop in East Brady Borough on November 27, 2016.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on February 13 with Judge Miller presiding.

Joey Christopher Reichard

Online court documents indicate Trooper Wilson, of Clarion-based State Police, filed the following charges against 22-year-old Joey Christopher Reichard, of Shippenville:

– DUI: High Rate of Alcohol (Bac.10 — <.16) 1st Offense, Misdemeanor - Accident Involving Damage Attended Vehicle/Property, Misdemeanor 3 - Disregard Traffic Lane (Single), Summary - Careless Driving, Summary - Reckless Driving, Summary - Failure To Notify Police Of Accident/Damage To Vehicle, Summary A preliminary arraignment is scheduled for February 27 in Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill's office. The charges stem from an incident in Paint Township on December 9, 2016. Reichard was issued a certified summons on February 3, 2017.
