DuBois, Pa. — The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League (WPAL) is thrilled to announce the return of the Golden Gloves Championships to the DuBois area for the fifth consecutive year.

This year’s event will feature numerous local prospects, products of the recently opened boxing and fitness center in DuBois.

“The evening will feature approximately eight live bouts ranging from first round to semifinal fights in various weight classes and divisions,” Aaron Beatty, Executive Director of the WPAL Boxing and Fitness Center Committee, said. “The fights are sure to be intense.”
