Free SKYWARN Weather Classes Set for March 14 at Strattanville Fire Department

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — The Clarion County Office of Emergency Services and the Jefferson County Department of Public Safety have joined together to sponsor a National Weather Service advanced SKYWARN spotter class.

This is a 90-minute class that will teach participants how to be a Skywarn spotter for the National Weather Service.

This class is free and open to the public.

The advanced SKYWAR and spotter class will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, at the Strattanville Fire Department located at 441 Washington Street, Strattanville, Pa.
