Police Seeking Information on Hit and Run in Farmington Township

FARMINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A hit and run crash occurred on Pine Hollow Road, in Farmington Township, Clarion County.

According to Marienville-based State Police, around 12:20 a.m. on February 17, a vehicle driven by an unknown individual was traveling southbound on Pine Hollow Road. It left the east side of the roadway and traveled approximately 72 feet into a private lawn before hitting a tree. It continued another 66 feet and hit a potted plant and grazed the victim’s house.

The driver then continued to accelerate uphill through the victim’s lawn for another 100 feet before getting back onto Pine Hollow Road and driving away from the scene, police say.

Vehicle parts at the scene are identified as parts of a Jeep Cherokee, possibly dark in color. It sustained possible damage to the side and front driver’s side, according to police.
