Man Jailed for Allegedly Threatening to ‘Shoot Everyone’ at Clarion Hospital

MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police have filed charges against a man accused of threatening to shoot a Clarion Hospital doctor and “anyone who got in his way.”

Paul Joseph Fisher, 54, of Johnstown, faces the following charges:

  • Terroristic Threats Cause Serious Public Inconvenience, Felony 3
  • Disorderly Conduct Hazardous/Physical Offense, Misdemeanor 3

According to a criminal complaint filed on February 15 at Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill’s office, Fisher allegedly called the Clarion Hospital on December 12, 2016, at 3:30 p.m., and asked to speak with Dr. Hoh.

The criminal complaint, filed by Trooper Manns, alleges that Fisher became angry when he learned that Dr. Hoh was not available and stated that he was “going to blow his f**king brains out and shoot any mother f**ker that gets in his way.”

A few minutes later, Fisher called back and allegedly stated that he was “going to shoot everyone in the f**king building.”
