PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Two Clarion County residents were involved in a rear-end vehicle collision on Route 322 Monday afternoon in Paint Township.

According to Clarion-based State Police, Julie Malvey, 49, of Shippenville, was in her 2016 Nissan Juke and stopped in the westbound lane of Route 322 waiting to make a left turn when a 2001 Ford F150 driven by John Caulfield, 75, of Clarion, rear-ended the Juke.

The Nissan had to be towed from the scene, but no injuries were reported.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and escaped injury.
