SLIGO, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a 25-year-old man was arrested following a domestic dispute in Sligo on Tuesday.

Heath Alan Yates, 25, of Sligo, was arrested on misdemeanor simple assault and harassment after Tpr. Beilman responded to a residence on Colerain Street in Sligo.

The known victim is a 25-year-old female.

Yates was arraigned in front of District Magistrate Jeffrey Miller and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 14.
