State Police Need Your Help Identifying Attempted Burglary Suspect

MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an attempted burglary that occurred early Friday morning in Clarion, Monroe Township.

The incident happened around 4:45 on Friday, March 17, at 435 South 2nd Avenue in Clarion.

Police say the unknown perpetrator entered the house and asked the victim — a known, 19-year-old female — to open up a safe.

No property was taken, and the perpetrator was chased out of the residence, according to police.
