FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) — Earlier this month, the Forest Area Concert Band collaborated with the Sheffield High School band in Warren County’s Bands in a Round Festival.

The annual festival was hosted this year by Eisenhower High School.

In addition to the Forest Area/Sheffield collaboration and Eisenhower Concert Bands, bands from Warren and Youngsville also participated.

The day-long festival began with morning and afternoon rehearsals and then a break for dinner before a concert which began at 7:00 p.m.

Each school played several pieces individually, and then each band director conducted a piece which was performed by the combined ensembles.
