According to Marienville-based State Police, as of Monday, none of the juveniles had been captured.

Police say the escape occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

According to police, the escapees are believed to have made their way to Marienville where they stole a 2000 Crown Victoria belonging to a 53-year-old Marienville man from a residence on South Forest Street

The vehicle was then involved in a hit and run crash along Interstate 80 near mile marker 199 in Union County, according to police.

The investigation continues.
