Traffic Stop in Paint Township Leads to Drug Arrest

PAINT TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a drug arrest was made on Friday at the 60.7 mile marker of Interstate 80, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

According to police, 28-year-old Nadya Dennis, of York, Pa., was stopped for a traffic violation on March 24, and the odor of marijuana was detected in the accused’s vehicle.

A search of the vehicle was conducted, and a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered, police say.

Charges are forthcoming, according to police.
